No — Copilot+ delivers analysis, not execution. You stay in full control of your entries, exits, and risk management. Whether you choose to enter a trade, reverse without a stop loss, close early, or take a loss when your stop is hit — that’s on you.

15. Do you offer free trials or discount on Copilot+?

At present, Copilot+ cannot extend a free trial, a limitation that derives from the proprietary architecture of our AI system and the extensive market intelligence it delivers. We are, however, executing a series of time-sensitive promotions arranged into five sequential waves. The initial Wave 1 Pre-Launch runs until September 8 or until the assigned seat limit is reached. 17. How long after purchase will I get my password?

Passwords are typically issued immediately upon purchase through our automated fulfillment system. In most cases, you’ll receive an email within minutes containing your unique Copilot+ access credentials and setup instructions.

If you don’t see your email within 15 minutes:

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Verify you entered the correct email during checkout

For security purposes, each password is uniquely generated and tied to your account — ensuring that only you can access your licensed Copilot+ features.

18. Do I need to have a paid TradingView account or can I use a free TradingView account to access Copilot+?

Copilot+ works with both free and paid TradingView accounts, but TradingView’s free tier imposes strict limits that may block you from using the system to its fullest potential.

Copilot+ can be activated and operated on both free and paid TradingView accounts. That said, TradingView subjects free accounts to a number of strict restrictions that could impede your ability to utilize the system to its fullest capability. The relevant constraints include, but are not confined to:

An upper limit of three indicators per chart (Copilot+ tools may count toward this tally).
A reduced selection of available timeframes (certain intraday intervals may be inaccessible).
A curtailed allowance for saved chart layouts.
Possible delays in real-time data for selected markets unless a separate market data subscription is held (e.g., CME Group (E-mini included), etc.).

If your account is on the free tier, you may discover that you cannot execute all of the selected Copilot+ modules at once, as doing so would require you to eliminate existing indicators. This is a TradingView platform policy—not a limitation of Copilot+.

To ensure your ability to run all Copilot+ features without interruption—particularly for scenarios that require stacking several modules and advanced charting—we advise upgrading to a TradingView Pro subscriptions or above. Institutional users should explore professional TradingView plans for larger teams to be in accordance with TradingView's policy for regulatory compliance.

Please note: Any constraints on performance, features, or indicator stacking while using a free plan cannot be remedied by the Copilot+ support team, and will not constitute valid grounds for a refund, modification of terms, or waiver of your license agreement. The decision to upgrade your TradingView plan is wholly at your discretion.

19. Does your Trading Buddy™ GPT AI's require a separate subscription to OpenAI?

Trading Buddy™ GPT AIs utilize integrations that leverage OpenAI’s GPT models. To employ these features, users must obtain an individual, ongoing OpenAI subscription that is distinct from, and not bundled with, the acquisition of Copilot+ or any associated licenses.

Users must independently ensure the OpenAI subscription associated with their Trading Buddy™ AI(s) remains active to prevent any interruption of GPT-derived functionality. If you have opted in to receive a Trading Buddy™ GPT AI with your Copilot+ subscription, a link will be provided to access it through your OpenAI account for both mobile and web use.

Lapse of the required OpenAI subscription may lead to diminished or entirely unavailable GPT functions within Trading Buddy™. The foundational Copilot+ features will continue to operate according to the stipulations of your primary license agreement should the OpenAI subscription lapse.

In the neat future we intend to develop a proprietary API in collaboration with OpenAI. If and when this infrastructure is realized, GPT capabilities will be accessible directly, eliminating the need for a standalone OpenAI account. Upon launch, notification and full integration instructions will be dispatched to all existing subscribers. Core Copilot+ access will remain unchanged under your prevailing license agreement.
